By doing lot’s of research and analysis in our are and by conducting meeting in every area we came to know that our people are lagging behind due to they are taking loan on many high interest rate so we came to know that our community is facing lots of issues due to interest of loan which they have taken for there business and personal loan.
So Bidar betterment foundation along with many responsible members plan make self help group in which people are provided interest free loan on zero percent interest rate .
Bidar betterment foundation made a process to avail that loan.
Loan process:
Step 1: 10 Women’s should made 1 group.
Step 2: They all have to open savings account in city minority multipurpose co-operative Bank.
Step 3: they all should have to save money in that accounts for minimum 15 weeks.
Note: every week the minimum they all should deposit Rs 50 in there saving bank account, if less than that then loan will not be approved.
Step 4: After 15 week a meeting will be called for that group after seeing there savings Bidar betterment foundation will be allocate the loan amount based on there savings and the loan amount will given to that group.
Recovery of loan process:
Step1: 2 heads will be made for one group.
Step2: Each group should re-pay that loan amount according to one of our two time periods
i. 25 weeks
ii. 40 weeks
Note: The amount should be re-paid within the given period of time according to timely payment in every week
